Read it: Jay-Z sends blistering memo amid Diddy allegations

According to documents obtained by Fox News Digital, Jay-Z and Sean "Diddy" Combs were charged with raping a minor at an MTV VMAs after-party in 2000.

Originally filed in October, the case was re-filed in New York on Sunday by an unnamed accuser who said that Combs and "Celebrity B" watched as Jay-Z, whose full name is Shawn Carter, "raped" her.

The lawsuit initially claimed that "Celebrity A" and "Celebrity B" witnessed Combs rape the minor. "Celebrity A" was Carter's name in the refiled In a statement released under the Roc Nation name, Jay-Z refuted the accusations and charged attorney Tony Buzzbee with blackmail.

After the VMAS after-party, Didy is accused of raping a 13-year-old: LAWSUITlawsuit.

In a statement uploaded on Roc Nation's X account, Jay-Z revealed, "My lawyer received a blackmail attempt, called a demand letter, from a ‘lawyer’ named Tony Buzbee." He had anticipated that I would want to settle because of the gravity of these accusations and the public scrutiny.

According to a report, "Jane Do" in the Didy lawsuit was the ex-wife of an NHL star.

"No, sir, it did the exact opposite! I felt compelled to publicly reveal you as the phony that you are. Therefore, no, I won't give you a single red penny.

"These accusations are so horrible that I beg you to file a criminal complaint, not a civil one," Jay-Z went on. Anyone who would harm a minor in this way

"These allegations are so heinous in nature that I implore you to file a criminal complaint, not a civil one!! Whomever would commit such a crime against a minor should be locked away, would you not agree? These alleged victims would deserve real justice if that were the case."

— Jay-Z
