As of 12 p.m. EST on Monday, over 5,300 users had reported issues with Microsoft 365 on the website Down Detector. Among these reports, 86% were related to Outlook, 9% to Exchange, and 6% to SharePoint.

Microsoft identified that most users were experiencing difficulties accessing Exchange Online, its cloud-based email server, and Microsoft Teams calendars.
